Donovan ButtzI have been involved in health training, bodybuilding and strength training for
over 20 years. Starting as a teenager I was competitive in several powerlifting competitions.

  • 1988 Pride of Illinois Powerlifting Competition - 1st Place
  • 1988 Dunmire Bench Press Challenge - 1st Place
  • 1989 The Heartland Powerman - 1st Place
  • 1989 Chicago Powerlifting Lift Off - 1st Place

I also competed in bodybuilding:

  • Teenage Indianapolis Overall Champion
  • Teenage Indiana Overall Champion
  • Teenage Hoosier State Overall Champion
  • Teenage Southern Indiana Overall Champion
  • 1988 "Presidents Award Most Outstanding Teenage Physique"
  • 1989 "Presidents Award Most Outstanding Teenage Physique"

As an adult I competed in:

  • Illinois Grand Prix Bodybuilding Expo - 1st Place Champion
  • Mid States USA Bodybuilding Championships - 1st Place Champion

I also compete in Strongman Competitions:

  • 2006 J.P. Strongman Challenge Champion
  • 2007 J.P. Strongman Challenge Champion

I am currently training for my Professional Athlete Card.
